Appointments
There are several ways to get the medical advice you need. We offer face to face appointments, telephonic consultations and advice via an online consultation (accuRx).
Apart from routine appointments, we hold a few appointments back for patients who need to be seen quickly but not urgently (i.e. within 1 - 2 days)and rest of the appointments are reserved for those patients that need to be seen on the same day.
Appointments are available throughout the day during our opening hours and can be booked online, by telephone or in-person at the reception. Please select one of the below appointment types, to get the best suited help on time.
For non-urgent issues, please follow the guidelines below and choose the right service, which can help you without any appointment. This will help us being more efficient and making an appointment available to you when you need it the most.

Call the Practice
If you do not have access to the internet or a Smartphone, you can ring the surgery to ask a receptionist to assist you with completing an AccuRx form, so that you can book an appointment. This form will be less detailed than the on-line form however. So if you can complete an AccuRx form on-line, this will assist the clinical staff to be able to help you more effectively.
